The fermented root beer tastes like a root beer should, but with some oak and bourbon flavors joining the party. It clocks in at 5% ABV, but you'd be surprised at how difficult it is to notice the alcohol. Grab a bottle and satisfy your craving for a good root beer and an alcoholic beverage at the same time.
So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain't for the wee lads.ABV:8.5% 2010 - WBC Silver Medal Winner
If you're the kind of person who likes to see what happens when two delicious things are combined, then this is the beer for you. They have taken a Weiss beer, added some farm grown coriander and combined it with a bunch of delicious hops- including some of our own home grown. We couldn't be happier with the results and hope you are too.
First released in 1996! This was the first Perry cider to ever be made in California. It became quite popular very quickly as it is so refreshing and light. It’s made from delicious apple and pear juices. They use champagne yeast in all their ciders and ferment for them 10-14 days. They then cold-filter 4 times and carbonate them before bottling or kegging. It is 5% alcohol by volume with a lovely pear nose and a smooth semi-sweet mouth feel with a dry finish. Try it with a shot of St. Germain Liqueur added to it for a pleasant surprise!
The Pumpkin Ale is their homage to the craft and heritage of America’s brewers. Recipes calling for the use of pumpkins in beer date back to early colonial times, when brewers sought to extend their supply of costly imported malt with locally grown ingredients, such as squash and “pompions.” In that spirit, they brew their ale with the addition of pumpkin to the mash, along with traditional spices to create a delicious American original.
Brewed in homage the beer brewed in Cologne, Krankshaft, a K?lsch style beer is a pale straw hued smile in a glass. We throw in a little wheat malt to round out an easy Santiam hop bitterness. There are no K?bes to serve them up, but please feel free to have as many as you like. ABV 5%
An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. “Look, I ain't in this for your revolution, and I'm not in it for you, Princess.” This iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.
